We are lifting up in prayer, interceding on behalf of this person who is in need of healing. We pray for their complete restoration, that God would touch their body, mind, and spirit. We stand on the promises of God, knowing that He is able to heal and restore.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
We pray that this person would find rest and peace in Jesus, and that they would be reminded of His love and faithfulness. We also pray that they would draw near to God, seeking Him in prayer and in His Word. We encourage them to trust in the Lord with all their heart, and not to lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We also want to remind everyone that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18 WEB). It is by His stripes that we are healed according to Isaiah 53:4-6 WEB. And that there is no other name by which we can be saved according to Acts 4:12 WEB. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved according to Acts 2:21 and Romans 10:13 WEB.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this person in prayer. We ask that You would heal them, touch them, and restore them in body, mind, and spirit. Give them Your peace, Your comfort, and Your strength. Help them to trust in You, and to draw near to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
