Healing Prayer

Beloved of All
We join you in prayer for your beloved daughter and we bring her before the Lord who is merciful and mighty to heal.
We ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ to have mercy upon her, to touch her body and quench this fever, to calm her breathing and give her peaceful sleep and restore her to full health. As the Gospel shows us, when Christ touched those burning with fever He not only removed the fever but gave back perfect strength at once, showing His power over every sickness. We ask Him to do the same for your daughter now, to cool her body, to ease her cold and flu, and to lift this illness from her completely.
We also pray for you as you watch over her through these sleepless nights, that God would give you peace, wisdom and strength, and guide you in caring for her with proper rest, fluids and care, and with help from doctors as needed. May your faith as you bring her to Christ, like the faith of parents we see in Scripture who brought their children to Him, be met by His compassion.
We commit her into the hands of the Great Physician, trusting that He hears the prayers of His children. May the Lord lay His healing hand upon her, grant her recovery quickly, and keep her in His loving care. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
