We join you in lifting up your loved ones before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign power over all things. You have rightly acknowledged that everything is under His control, and we stand with you in faith, believing that He hears and answers our prayers according to His perfect will.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-16, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* We claim this promise over your loved ones, asking the Lord to bring healing, restoration, and protection from all harm.
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 9:29, *"According to your faith be it done to you."* May your faith remain steadfast, knowing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
However, we must gently address that while your prayer acknowledges God’s control, it does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the source of our boldness before God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these beloved ones who are in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who sees all and knows all. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and bring healing to their bodies, minds, and spirits. Protect them from all harm, including the spiritual blindness that the enemy seeks to bring. Open their eyes, Lord, that they may see Your truth and walk in Your light.
Father, we rebuked any sickness, disease, or infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return. Let Your healing power flow through them, restoring them to full health and strength. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be strengthened in their inner being.
We thank You, Lord, for Your promises are true, and Your word never returns void. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may these loved ones be drawn closer to You.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, declaring God’s promises over your loved ones. Keep praying in the name of Jesus, for He is faithful and just. If you have not already, we also encourage you to gather with other believers to pray in agreement, as there is great power in the united prayers of the righteous (Matthew 18:19-20). Stay rooted in the Word of God, for it is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). May the Lord bless you and keep you as you trust in Him.
