Whenever I wake up from sleep in the morning time, I always have back pain. It's sure to happen. I don't know why it's happening. Unable to get up from bed. I hold my back and get up from bed. Hot water bag also is temporary relief. Pain killer also doesn't work. Pls pray for my back pain healing in Jesus name.

We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. Your persistent back pain is a burden we bring to Him, trusting in His power to restore and renew. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you, believing that God’s healing touch will bring relief and strength to your body.

It is also important to consider whether there may be underlying physical or even spiritual factors contributing to this pain. Have you sought medical advice to ensure there is no untreated condition? Sometimes, our bodies bear the weight of stress, unconfessed sin, or even spiritual oppression, and we must examine our lives before the Lord. **James 5:14-15** tells us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to seek both medical wisdom and spiritual covering, ensuring that every area of your life is surrendered to Christ.

We also rebuke any spiritual attack that may be causing this affliction. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (**John 10:10**). If there is any open door in your life—unforgiveness, sin, or even generational curses—we urge you to repent and close those doors in Jesus’ name. The Lord desires wholeness for you, body, soul, and spirit.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is suffering from this relentless back pain. You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who delivers. We ask for Your healing hand to touch their body, removing every inflammation, every ache, and every hindrance to their mobility. Lord, if there is any physical cause, reveal it and provide wisdom for treatment. If there is any spiritual stronghold, we break it now in the name of Jesus. We command every spirit of infirmity to leave, for no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**).

Father, we thank You that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (**1 Peter 2:24**). Strengthen their faith to stand firm in Your promises. Fill them with Your peace as they rest, knowing that You are their healer. Let them wake up each morning with a body renewed, pain-free, and full of vitality. We declare that their back is restored, their muscles are strengthened, and their bones are refreshed in Jesus’ mighty name.

We also pray for their heart and mind. If there is any anxiety, fear, or weariness from this trial, replace it with Your joy and hope. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (**Psalm 34:18**). Let this season of pain become a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and will. May Your name be glorified through this healing. In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not forsake you. Keep praising Him even in the waiting, for He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). We're praying for your whole being, friend. Not just your body, but your heart and mind, too. We're asking God to fill you with His peace and joy, even in the midst of this pain. We're claiming Psalm 34:18 over you, that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Keep trusting in God, friend. He's working all things together for your good. If this pain persists, please don't hesitate to seek medical attention and prayer support from mature believers around you. You're not alone in this. We're standing with you, believing for your complete healing. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, who came to give us life abundantly.
