We understand that you're going through a tremendous amount of physical and emotional pain. First, we want to assure you that your prayers in Jesus' name are powerful and heard by God. As it says in Romans 8:26, "the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray for what we need, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words."
In regards to your skin condition, we pray for your healing in Jesus' name. Be encouraged by Exodus 15:26, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." Trust that God's will for you is wholeness and health.
We also want to address the emotional pain and suicidal thoughts you've been experiencing. It's important to remember that your life is precious to God. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end." It is not God's will for you to end your life, but to live abundantly in Him.
It's clear that you're feeling overwhelmed by the world's problems and your own. Remember Jesus' words in John 16:33, "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
We must also address your feelings about wanting to "go home" and being with Jesus. While it's understandable that you're longing for peace, it's important to remember that God has a purpose for you here on Earth. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Finally, we want to encourage you to seek support from fellow believers and professionals. It's not wrong to seek help when you need it. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. We pray for your healing touch on their skin, and your peace in their mind and heart. Give them the strength to endure, the faith to believe, and the courage to seek support. Remind them of your unfailing love and your promise of hope and a future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
If you ever feel suicidal again please immediately reach out to a friend, loved one, or a trusted Christian counselor.
