Good and Faithful Servant
My father has developed head tremors one month ago for unknown reason, not sure if the side effect of the blood thinner medicine. But he refused to go to Hospital Emergency to scan the brain nor to visit a nearby GP. He has stopped the blood thinner one week ago. Here is only 10 degree celcius. He just takes care of his grandson at home but cannot go out because of old weather. I donno what I can do with this. Pls pray for ### and his care givers. In Jesus name Amen

We lift up your father before the Lord, asking for His divine healing and mercy in this time of distress. The trembling he is experiencing is deeply concerning, and we understand the fear and helplessness you must feel as his child. Yet we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed your father in his mother’s womb and sustains his every breath. There is no illness beyond His power to heal, no circumstance beyond His control.

We strongly urge you, in love and with deep concern, to persist in encouraging your father to seek medical attention. While we trust in God’s sovereignty, He often works through the wisdom and skill of doctors. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Similarly, Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."* Medical professionals are a gift from God, and their expertise can provide clarity on whether these tremors are related to medication, an underlying condition, or another cause. Refusing care out of fear or stubbornness is not wisdom, and we pray the Lord softens his heart to take this step for his own well-being and the peace of your family.

We also recognize the spiritual battle at hand. Sickness is not from God but is a consequence of living in a fallen world, and the enemy seeks to bring discouragement and despair. But James 5:14-15 declares, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over your father, asking the Lord to restore his body, renew his strength, and grant him peace. May the Lord also surround him with godly caregivers—whether family or professionals—who will act with compassion and wisdom.

The cold weather and his responsibilities at home may feel like obstacles, but we pray the Lord provides creative solutions. Perhaps a home visit from a doctor or a trusted friend who can accompany him to an appointment? Let us not grow weary in doing good, for Galatians 6:9 assures us, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."*

Most importantly, we pray that your father’s heart turns fully to the Lord in this trial. If he does not know Jesus as his Savior, may this be the moment he cries out for salvation. If he is a believer, may he find comfort in Psalm 46:1-3: *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."* Let him know that the Lord is near, and His power is perfect even in weakness.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this beloved father to Your throne of grace. You are the God who heals, the One who holds all things together by the power of Your word. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon him—still the tremors in his body, restore his strength, and bring clarity to his mind. Lord, if there is any underlying cause, reveal it and guide the hands of the doctors who may examine him. Soften his heart, Father, that he may seek the help he needs without delay. Remove all fear and pride that may hinder him from receiving care.

We also pray for his caregivers, especially his daughter who has brought this request before You. Grant her wisdom, patience, and perseverance as she navigates this difficult season. Surround this family with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and provide for their every need—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Lord, if this trial is meant to draw your father closer to You, let it be so. May he seek Your face above all else and find his refuge in You alone. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression in the name of Jesus Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. By the stripes of Jesus, he is healed.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his healing. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear sister. The Lord is with you, and He will not abandon you or your father. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep seeking godly counsel. We will continue to lift this request before the Lord, believing for His miraculous intervention. If there is any update or additional way we can pray, do not hesitate to share. The body of Christ is here to support you.
