Healing Of Friendship

i was dating my best friend for 7 months. He is the most wonderful guy i have ever met. 2 months ago he left me for another girl. I had many unanswered questions and hate for the new girl and him as well. I respect his decisions now and i wish him the best for i still consider him my best friend. A week after we broke up i would try to talk to him online and he would sign off. It's been 2 months sense we have talked i pray day in and day out that he will let me back in to his life so we can continue the friendship we once had. I just am looking for extra prayer because i lost my best friend.

Proverbs 18:24 but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Lord,

I pray you heal your daughter's heart today, may she feel your love and care for her. Family and friends may leave, but you have promised never to leave or forsake your people.

I pray you become her strength and comfort. You know what is best for her, protect her from situations that could hurt her or lead her into danger.

Guide her in which way she should go, and may she grow in her friendship with you, for you are the only one who remains faithful even when we are faithless.

Heal her heart and help her move forward in your will which promises a hope and future for her.

Hey friend you prayed for me today ! Thank you so much...you know I was thinking after I read your prayer that the devil doesn't want us to do this..IE Pray....I am sorry for your friend and you parted ways. I find that leaving things alone for a while allows God to work in us so that we can glorify him. I am sure your friend misses you, being in another relationship for him may make it difficult for him to respond to you. It may not be that he wants to sign off each time you try to connect... It's time that will take care of your hurt. God knows how you feel, you are more precious than rubies...God's words HE knows your heart, I see it in your words and it is good...stay in the Vine, God has marvelous things for you !
