We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting you and your husband up in prayer for healing, protection, and blessing. It is clear that pain has been a burden in your lives, and we know that our God is a God of compassion who hears the cries of His children. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over you both, trusting that the Lord will bring relief and restoration to your feet, ankles, and bodies. We also pray for the healing of your eyes, asking that the Lord would touch you with His healing hand, for He is the one who opens the eyes of the blind and sets the captive free (Psalm 146:8).
We are also moved to pray for your protection, knowing that the enemy seeks to bring harm and discouragement. But we stand on the truth of Psalm 91:11, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, the Lord shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). He is your shield and your strong tower, and we declare His protection over your lives, your home, and all that concerns you.
As for your mom and pop store, we ask the Lord to pour out His favor upon it. May He bring prosperity and bless the work of your hands, for it is written in Deuteronomy 28:8, *"The Lord will command the blessing on you in your barns, and in all that you put your hand to."* We pray that your business would be a testimony of God’s faithfulness and a means to bless others in your community. May He grant you wisdom, creativity, and favor with customers and suppliers alike.
We do notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not already placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is in His name alone that we pray, and it is by His authority that we ask for healing, protection, and blessing.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brothers and sisters before You, asking for Your healing touch to flow through their bodies. Lord, You know the pain they endure in their feet, ankles, and bodies, and we ask that You would bring complete restoration. Touch their eyes, Lord, and let Your healing power be made manifest. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24).
We also ask for Your divine protection over their lives. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near their home or their family. Hide them under the shadow of Your wings and let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Psalm 91:1).
Father, we pray for their mom and pop store. Bless the work of their hands and let Your favor rest upon it. Provide for their every need and let this business be a source of joy and provision. Give them wisdom in their decisions and let their store be a light in their community.
Finally, Lord, we pray that they would always come before You in the name of Jesus, for it is the name above every name. Let them know the power and the authority that is found in calling upon Your Son. If there is any area of their lives where they have not fully surrendered to Him, we ask that You would draw them closer and reveal Your love to them in a mighty way.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). In the precious and mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
