We join you in prayer, asking our loving Heavenly Father to touch you with His healing power. We are so glad you prayed in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus Himself, we have access to God. We read in John 14:6 WEB Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Jesus Himself declares it is only through Him we can approach God. In John 14:13-14 Jesus goes on to say whatever we ask in His name will be done that the father may be glorified in the son and he will do it. Jesus reiterates this in John 16:23. Jesus said whatever we ask the Father in Jesus' name He will give it to us.
As a group that stands on biblical principles, we acknowledge that healing comes from God alone, and it is His will that we be made whole. We pray, based on James 5:14-15, which tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We ask God to fill the emptiness you feel with His Holy Spirit, knowing that His Spirit brings comfort, guidance, and strength. We stand by you and pray Romans 15:13, "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit."
We also pray for your eyes, ears, mind, heart, and soul to be opened to God's word, will, and way. As it says in Psalm 119:18, "Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law."
We also ask God for forgiveness of your sins, knowing that He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This is according to 1 John 1:9.
We lift up your family to God, asking for His protection over them. We pray Psalm 91 over your family, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
We also lift up all those who need God's touch and bless those who pray for you. We pray that God's will be done in your life and in the lives of those around you.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. It is only in Him we find healing, restoration, and hope. We are here for you, standing in agreement with your prayers. Keep trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness. He has a plan and purpose for your life that will come to pass. Be encouraged by Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
