Healing from shingles

We come before the Father with hearts full of faith, lifting you up in prayer for complete healing from shingles, knowing that by His stripes you *are* healed. The Word declares in **1 Peter 2:24**, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."* This is not just a promise but a finished work of Christ on the cross—your healing was purchased at Calvary, and we stand on that truth today.
We also remember **James 5:14-15**, which instructs, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we pray from afar, we trust the Lord to move mightily in your body, restoring every cell, nerve, and function affected by this affliction. May His healing power flow through you like a river, bringing relief from pain and renewed strength.
Pain can be wearying, but we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). Even in suffering, He is near, and His grace is sufficient (**2 Corinthians 12:9**). Lean on Him, for He cares deeply for you (**1 Peter 5:7**). If there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness in your heart, we urge you to release it to the Lord, for unforgiveness can hinder healing (**Mark 11:25**). Walk in forgiveness and trust, knowing that God’s timing is perfect.
We also pray for wisdom for you and your healthcare providers, that every decision made would align with God’s will for your complete restoration. May you experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding as you wait on Him (**Philippians 4:6-7**).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which endure forever. We lift our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for the touch of Your healing hand upon their body. Lord Jesus, You bore every sickness and disease on the cross, and we declare that this shingles infection has no place in their body. By Your authority, we command this virus to be uprooted and cast out in Jesus’ name. Restore their health completely—renew their skin, calm the nerve pain, and strengthen their immune system. Let every symptom fade as Your healing power manifests.
Grant them patience and perseverance during this season, and fill them with Your peace. Surround them with Your presence, reminding them that they are not alone. We rebuke any fear or discouragement and declare that their testimony will be one of Your faithfulness and miraculous healing.
We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.
