We lift up your son before the Lord, our Great Physician, who sees his pain and knows his struggle. Father, we ask for Your healing touch to restore his back, ease his discomfort, and grant him restful sleep. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, trusting that You are working even now to bring relief and wholeness.
Lord, we also pray for patience and peace for your son as he waits on Your healing. May he find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen his faith and remind him that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be trying to take hold, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). May your son feel Your love surrounding him, and may he experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come before You. Amen.
