We lift up your son before the Lord, asking for His divine healing touch upon his body. The pain and sleeplessness he is enduring are heavy burdens, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who knit him together in his mother’s womb and knows every fiber of his being. Let us claim the promise found in **Jeremiah 30:17**, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and trust that the Lord will bring restoration to his back, strength to his body, and peace to his mind.
It is beautiful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in this request, for it is only through Him that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. As it is written in **John 14:13-14**, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We stand in agreement with you, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, your son is healed (**Isaiah 53:5**). We pray that the Lord would grant him restful sleep, free from pain, and that every cell, muscle, and bone would align under the healing power of Christ.
We also encourage you to speak life and healing over your son, reminding him of God’s promises. Let him meditate on **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* Pain can be wearying, but we pray that your son would fix his eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of his faith (**Hebrews 12:2**), and trust that this trial is being used to draw him closer to the Lord.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious son who is suffering from a back injury. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would lay Your hands upon him, removing every trace of pain and restoring his body to full strength. Let Your healing power flow through him like a river, bringing comfort where there is discomfort, and peace where there is restlessness. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that this injury will not have the final say. Give him patience in this season, Lord, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may rest in Your presence even as his body heals.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer, and we trust that You are working all things together for his good (**Romans 8:28**). May this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may Your name be glorified through his healing. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
