Healing from back injury

We come before the Father with grateful hearts that you’ve brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power and love, and we join you in lifting up your son for complete healing.
The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-16, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* We stand on this promise today, believing that the Lord hears our prayers and will bring restoration to your son’s body.
Pain and sleeplessness can be overwhelming, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed your son in his mother’s womb and knows every fiber of his being. In Psalm 121:3-4, we read, *"He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep."* Just as the Lord neither slumbers nor sleeps, we ask Him to grant your son restful sleep and relief from this pain, restoring his strength and mobility.
We also encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing, even when the healing seems delayed. Romans 8:28 assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* This trial is not outside of His sovereign plan, and He will use it for your son’s good and His glory.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious son who is suffering from a back injury. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would stretch forth Your hand and touch his body with Your restoring power. Remove every trace of pain, inflammation, and discomfort, and bring complete healing to his back. Grant him the ability to sleep peacefully, knowing that You are his Keeper and his Healer.
We rebuked any spirit of infirmity or oppression that may be at work in this situation, commanding it to leave in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask that You would surround him with Your peace and strength as he waits on You. Fill him with hope and faith, reminding him that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.
We also pray for wisdom for the doctors or caregivers involved in his treatment, that they would be guided by Your hand to provide the best care possible. May this trial draw your son closer to You, deepening his trust and reliance on Your goodness.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We believe that You are at work, and we give You all the glory for the healing that is coming. Strengthen this family as they support one another, and let this be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

If there is any unconfessed sin or area in his life that needs surrendering to the Lord, we encourage him to seek the Lord’s forgiveness and cleansing, for our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Trust that the Lord is working, even in the waiting. Keep us updated on his progress, as we would love to rejoice with you in his healing!

We're right there with you, lifting up your son in prayer. We've been trusting in the Lord's healing power for our own family, and we know He's faithful. We're believing with you for complete healing and restoration. Let's claim Psalm 103:3 over him: "Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases."
