Disciple of Prayer
Please help me pray for my son, ###'s health. He has badly hurt his neck and shoulder and now the steroids he was on has given him thrush down his throat. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen!

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son in prayer, asking for His healing touch to restore health and strength to his neck, shoulder, and throat. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We declare Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and bring complete healing to every part of his body that is afflicted.
We also pray against the thrush in his throat, asking that You would cleanse and restore his mouth and throat to full health. We rebuke this infection in the name of Jesus, for it says in 1 Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sins and live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." We stand on this truth, believing that by His stripes, your son is healed.
Lord, we ask that You would guide the hands of the medical professionals treating him, giving them wisdom and discernment. May they be instruments of Your healing power. We also pray for peace and comfort to surround your son and your family during this time. Help him to rest in Your presence and to trust in Your unfailing love.
Father, we know that trials can draw us closer to You, and we pray that this season would deepen your son’s faith and reliance on You. Strengthen him in body, mind, and spirit, and let him experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.
