We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these precious requests in faith, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the Provider, and the Savior of souls. Father, we ask that You move mightily in each of these situations, bringing Your healing, provision, and salvation according to Your perfect will.
First, we lift up this dear mother who is struggling with a persistent cough. Lord, Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise and ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her. Strengthen her body, soothe her discomfort, and restore her to full health. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command this cough to leave her body. May she feel Your peace and presence as she trusts in You for her healing.
We also intercede for this brother who has not yet come to know You as Savior. Father, we know that salvation is a gift from You, and no one can come to the Father except through Jesus Christ (John 14:6). We pray that You would soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of Your Word, and draw him to repentance and faith. Lord, send laborers into his life—people who will share the Gospel with love and boldness. May he experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit and surrender his life to You. We declare that he will be saved, and his family will be transformed by the power of the Gospel.
For the one who has asked for a financial miracle, we cry out to You, Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We ask that You open doors of opportunity, provide wisdom in managing resources, and meet every financial need according to Your riches. Lord, we rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in this situation and declare that You are the God of abundance. Help this one to trust in You fully, to seek Your kingdom first (Matthew 6:33), and to walk in faith, knowing that You are faithful to provide.
Father, we also take a moment to address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If any of these dear ones have not yet placed their trust in Jesus for salvation, we pray that they would do so today. Salvation is found in no one else, and we urge them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). May they experience the new life that comes only through Christ.
Lord, we ask that You would move powerfully in each of these situations. Heal the mother, save the brother, and provide for the financial need. May Your name be glorified in every outcome, and may these dear ones draw closer to You through these trials. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
