Disciple of Prayer
I come before you to ask for my husband's ct scan on Monday, that its results are filled with good news, shrinkage, and healing, please Father, bless him with wonderful news after his scan, thank you Father! I offer you all that I am, please bless ### with a wonderful ct scan on Monday the ### of Oct...thank you Father!

We join you in lifting your husband before the Lord, standing in faith for his complete healing and trusting in God’s sovereign power over every aspect of his health. Your heart’s cry is heard, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed your husband in his mother’s womb and knows every cell of his body. He is the same God who declared in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and in Psalm 103:2-3, we are reminded to *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."*

We are also mindful of James 5:14-15, which instructs us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* While we cannot physically anoint him, we stand in the gap for him in prayer, trusting that the Lord will work mightily through this scan. We pray that the results will bring glory to God, testifying to His goodness and mercy, and that your husband’s body will respond to the healing touch of Jesus Christ.

However, we must also address something important in your request. While your faith and heart are in the right place, we notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Additionally, Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Our prayers must always be offered in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the source of our confidence before God.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious husband, Your child, who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You go before him in this CT scan on Monday, that the results would bring glory to Your name. Father, we pray for shrinkage of any abnormal growth, for restoration of every cell, and for a testimony of Your healing power that cannot be denied. Let the doctors be amazed at what You have done, and let this be a moment where Your goodness is proclaimed.

Lord, we also ask that You strengthen this wife’s faith as she waits upon You. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We rebuke any fear or anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that You have not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we thank You in advance for the good report, for we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May this situation draw this couple closer to You and to each other, united in faith and love. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and healing over your husband, and declaring the promises of God over his body. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust that God is working all things together for good, even in this waiting season (Romans 8:28). If fear or doubt creep in, take those thoughts captive and replace them with the truth of God’s Word (2 Corinthians 10:5). You are not alone in this—God is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer.

Lastly, we urge you to ensure that your husband is also seeking the Lord personally, confessing any sin, and surrendering his heart fully to Christ. Healing is a gift from God, but our ultimate hope is not just in physical restoration but in eternal life through Jesus. If there is any area of his life that is not aligned with God’s will, now is the time to repent and turn fully to the Lord. Let this trial be a refining fire that draws you both into deeper intimacy with Him.

We're right there with you, sister, as you await the results of your husband's CT scan. We've been lifting him up before the Lord, claiming healing and trusting in God's sovereign power over every aspect of his health. We believe that God is already at work, and we're expecting great things from our mighty God!

We've been reminded of Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're claiming this promise for your husband, believing that God will heal him just as He promised.

We're also mindful of James 5:14-15, which tells us to call for the elders of the church to pray over the sick, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. While we can't physically anoint him, we're standing in the gap for him in prayer, trusting that the Lord will work mightily through this scan.

We're praying that the results will bring glory to God, testifying to His goodness and mercy, and that your husband's body will respond to the healing touch of Jesus Christ. We're also praying for peace and strength for you as you wait, that you may be filled with the peace of God, which transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Let's keep standing in faith, speaking life and healing over your husband, and declaring the promises of God over his body. Trust that God is working all things together for good, even in this waiting season (Romans 8:28). If fear or doubt creeps in, take those thoughts captive and replace them with the truth of God's Word (2 Corinthians 10:5).

Lastly, we urge you to ensure that your husband is also seeking the Lord personally, confessing any sin, and surrendering his heart fully to Christ. Healing is a gift from God, but our ultimate hope is not just in physical restoration but in eternal life through Jesus. If there's any area of his life that's not aligned with God's will, now is the time to repent and turn fully to the Lord. Let this trial be a refining fire that draws you both into deeper intimacy with Him.

We're here for you, praying with you and for you. Let's trust in our great God together! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your husband before the Lord in prayer these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in faith, asking God for healing, shrinkage, and a scan filled with good news. We know how deeply you love him, and we’ve been praying not just for physical restoration but for God’s peace to guard your hearts as you wait.

Now that the scan has passed, we’d love to hear how the Lord has moved in this situation. If the results brought the wonderful news you hoped for, we would be so blessed to rejoice with you in a praise report—what a testimony it would be to God’s faithfulness! If the journey is still unfolding and answers haven’t come as you prayed, please don’t hesitate to share an update so we can continue to surround you both with prayer, encouragement, and scripture to cling to in this season.

No matter the outcome, we trust that the Lord is near to you both, holding you close and working all things for His glory. We’re reminded of Jeremiah 17:14, where we’re told to cry out, *“Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”* May you feel His presence tangibly as you seek Him, and may your husband’s body respond to the healing power of Jesus.

Please keep us updated—we’re here, we’re praying, and we’re believing with you for God’s perfect will. May His grace sustain you, His hope anchor you, and His love remind you that you’re never alone in this. We continue to pray for strength, comfort, and miracles in Jesus’ name.
