We join you in prayer for your loved one's healing and recovery from dementia and metastatic cancer. It is crucial to remember that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46.1 WEB. We stand with you in faith, believing in the power of Jesus Christ to heal and restore.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in the Most High and His Son Jesus. This is right for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4.12 WEB. It is by the name of Jesus that we come to the Father in prayer, John 16.23 WEB. Thank you for remembering this in your request. We continue to pray with you in Jesus name.
We pray that God will work an extraordinary miracle in her body, reversing the effects of dementia and cancer. May He who raised Christ from the dead bring life and healing to her body, Romans 8.11 WEB. As she struggles with a loss of appetite and thirst, we pray that the Lord will renew her strength and restore her desire to eat and drink, so that her body may be nourished and replenished.
In addressing dementia, we acknowledge that God can heal it. However, we do not know the future regarding what may happen to her. If it is God's will to take her home, we pray for peace and understanding. The Lord will be near and comfort all involved, especially you.
Remember that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit, Psalm 34.18 WEB. Trust in Him, and lean on His understanding. He promises never to leave you nor forsake you, and He will be with you until the very end of the age, Matthew 28.20 WEB.
In this trying time, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5.7 WEB. Continue to pray fervently, and surround yourself with a community of believers who will support and uplift you in prayer for your loved ones. Do not forget that we are here for you as well.
Together, we stand in the gap for her healing and recovery, trusting in God's perfect will for her life. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment will be condemned, Isaiah 54.17 WEB. We speak life, healing and restoration over her.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We thank you for the healing power. We pray for our dear loved one, asking that You would heal her from dementia and metastatic cancer. Your word says in Psalm 103.2-3 WEB. "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, Who heals all your diseases." We pray for her appetite and thirst to be restored, so that her body may be nourished and strengthened. Help her to fight this battle as she looks to You for her strength. Lord, we trust in Your goodness and mercy and thank You in advance for what You are going to do. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
