We are lifting up this family friend and his wife in prayer, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. We stand in faith, believing that God is the ultimate healer, as it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this family friend. We ask that You guide the doctors and medical staff during the coronary angiography procedure, granting them wisdom and skill. We pray that the results will reveal clear answers and effective treatment plans.
Lord, we believe in Your power to heal completely, and we ask that You spare him from any further surgical procedures. In Your mercy, restore his health and strength, and fill him and his wife with Your peace and comfort during this challenging time.
We also pray for his wife, asking that You grant her the strength and faith to support her husband through this ordeal. Let their marriage be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness, drawing them closer to each other and to You.
Father, we ask that this trial be used for Your glory, and that their lives will shine as a light for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Let this be an opportunity for them to witness Your goodness and grace to those around them.
We stand in agreement, claiming Your promise in Matthew 18:19-20, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration. Amen.
We encourage this couple to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28. We also gently remind them that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and it is in His name that we can find salvation. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
