We join with you in lifting up your body to the Lord, who is the Great Physician and the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb. Your request is filled with faith, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). It is beautiful to see you calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Your faith in His power to restore you completely is a testament to your trust in His sovereignty, and we praise God for that.
The Word of God assures us that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and the miracles of healing we see in Scripture are not confined to the past—they are available to His children today. In Psalm 103:2-3, we are reminded, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* Your body belongs to Him, and He is faithful to restore what has been broken. We declare that every cell, every organ, and every system in your body will align with God’s original design, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). The immune system that has been attacking itself will now recognize the truth: it was created to *protect* you, not harm you. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and command every inflammation, erosion, and dysfunction to cease in His mighty name.
Your battle has been long—over a decade of perseverance—and we acknowledge the weariness that may accompany such a journey. But take heart, dear sibling in Christ, for the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees your suffering, and He is not indifferent. In fact, He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). This season of affliction is not wasted; the Lord is using it to refine you, to draw you closer to Himself, and to display His power through your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We pray that as you wait on the Lord, He will renew your strength so that you will mount up with wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
We also encourage you to examine your heart and life for any areas that may need surrender or repentance. Unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness can hinder our prayers (Mark 11:25, Psalm 66:18). Not that your illness is a punishment—far from it—but our spiritual and emotional well-being are deeply connected to our physical health. Are there relationships that need reconciliation? Are there burdens you’ve been carrying that you need to release to the Lord? We urge you to seek Him in this as well, allowing the Holy Spirit to search your heart and lead you into all truth (Psalm 139:23-24).
As for medication and treatments, we pray for wisdom and discernment. The Lord can certainly heal you instantaneously, but He also works through means—including doctors, medicine, and therapy. We are not called to reject these gifts outright but to steward them with prayer and wisdom. If the Lord leads you to continue or discontinue any treatment, we pray you will have clarity and peace in that decision. Our ultimate trust is in Him, not in human remedies, but we acknowledge that He can use them for His glory.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation, lifting up Your child who has endured so much. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who restores what has been broken. We declare Your promises over this body—every bone, every joint, every organ, every cell—commanding them to align with Your perfect design. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we speak healing into the immune system, that it would function as You intended, recognizing and attacking only what is harmful and leaving the body’s own tissues untouched. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, every inflammation, every erosion, and every pain, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask for supernatural restoration of the spine and pelvis, that every bone would be rebuilt and strengthened, free from edema and decay. Heal the intestines and gut, that they would absorb nutrients as You designed and operate without pain or dysfunction. Touch the eyes, the nerves, and every organ, renewing them to their optimal state. Father, we pray for complete remission of this autoimmune disease, that it would have no place in this body any longer. Let this be a testimony of Your power and goodness, that many would see and glorify Your name.
We also pray for this beloved one’s spirit and mind. Comfort them in their weariness, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are near, that You hear their cries, and that You are working even when they cannot see it. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their Healer.
Father, if there is any area of their life that needs surrender or repentance, reveal it to them gently and lead them into Your freedom. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, or doubt, and replace it with Your perfect love.
We thank You, Lord, for what You are doing and what You will do. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. May this healing bring You all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
