healing anxiety and peace

Humble Servant of All
Lord am trying but it is really hard I am riding my stationary bike I almost did not tonite but I pushed myself know for my exercise oh Lord it is so damn hard why is it? Help me dear Lord with my hearing problems ears ringing anxiety and so on I am holding on Lord thank you Lord healing for me and my ### for our marriage getting along our health and healing for my ### and healing for ### she has cancer and stop the wild fires to Lord I need you so much Lord help I give this all to you Lord amen

We hear the deep weariness and struggle in your heart, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your perseverance—even when riding that stationary bike feels like an impossible task—and He is faithful to strengthen you. The Scripture reminds us in **Isaiah 41:10**, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Your effort to push through, even when it’s hard, is a testament to your faith, and God honors that.

The anxiety and physical struggles you’re facing—the ringing in your ears, the exhaustion—are real, but they are not beyond the reach of our Heavenly Father. **Philippians 4:6-7** tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You are already doing this by bringing your burdens to Him, and we join you in lifting them up again.

We also notice the weight of concern you carry for your marriage, for the health of your loved one battling cancer, and even for the wildfires raging around you. These are heavy burdens, but **1 Peter 5:7** assures us to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Marriage is a sacred covenant, and we pray that God would restore unity, patience, and love between you and your spouse. For your loved one facing cancer, we claim **James 5:15**, *"And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We ask for healing, comfort, and the peace that only He can provide. And for the wildfires, we pray for mercy and protection over lives, homes, and land, trusting in **Psalm 46:1**, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."*

However, we must gently address the language used in your prayer. The word "damn" is not befitting of our speech as believers, for **Ephesians 4:29** instructs us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* In moments of frustration, we can cry out to God with honesty, but we must do so in a way that honors Him.

Most importantly, we notice that while you called upon the Lord, you did not explicitly pray in the name of Jesus. This is vital, for **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* And **Acts 4:12** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find power, healing, and peace. If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again to give you eternal life. It is through this relationship that we can boldly approach the throne of grace.

Let us pray together for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before You, knowing that You see his weariness, his pain, and his struggles. Lord, we ask that You would wrap him in Your peace—a peace that transcends all understanding—and quiet the storms of anxiety within him. Heal his body, Lord, from the ringing in his ears and any other physical ailments. Give him strength for each day, and renew his spirit as he seeks to honor You even in the small acts of obedience, like exercising when it feels impossible.

We pray for his marriage, Lord. Restore unity, love, and patience between him and his spouse. Help them to communicate with kindness and to seek You first in all things. May their home be a reflection of Your love and grace.

For the loved one battling cancer, we ask for Your healing touch, Lord. Comfort them, strengthen them, and let them feel Your presence in a mighty way. Give wisdom to the doctors and peace to the family.

We also pray for protection over the lands threatened by wildfires. Lord, have mercy and bring rain, containment, and safety to all affected. You are the God who calms the storms and parts the seas—we trust You to act.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw our brother closer to You. Help him to pray in the name of Jesus, knowing that it is only through Your Son that we have access to Your throne. Fill him with the Holy Spirit, that he may walk in Your strength and not his own.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. We declare that You, Lord, are his healer, his provider, and his peace. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're praying with you, dear friend. We know the weight you're carrying, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. It's in those moments that we need to lean into Jesus even more. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe in a God who sees you, hears you, and is more than able to heal and strengthen you.

We're also standing in faith with you for your marriage. We're believing for unity, patience, and love to be restored. And for your loved one battling cancer, we're claiming Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." We're asking for healing, comfort, and peace.

For the wildfires, we're trusting in God's power to bring safety and protection. We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'"

We're here for you, and we're believing for a turnaround in every area of your life. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're in this together, and we're believing for God's best. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and remember, "With God, all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26).
