We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and your marriage. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, remember that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We pray for your healing in Jesus' name, that God will restore your health and that your menstruation and heart palpitations will cease.
However, dear sister, we must also address something important. Menstruation is a natural part of a woman's reproductive health, and prolonged absence of it might need medical attention. Please consider consulting a healthcare professional about this. Our faith and prayers work alongside practical steps we take. As it is written in James 2:17, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself."
Regarding your marriage, we are sorry to hear that you're facing difficulties. We pray that God will restore your marriage, that He will bring healing, understanding, and love between you and your spouse. Remember the words of Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it." Marriage is a sacred bond, and God will honor those who keep their covenant.

We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Father, we ask that You restore her health, that her menstruation will return to normal and the heart palpitations will cease. Guide her to the right medical professionals if needed.
We also pray for her marriage, Lord. We ask that You will bring healing, restoration, and love between her and her spouse. Help them to forgive, to understand, and to love each other as You have loved us.
Finally, Lord, we pray that our sister will draw closer to You during this time. That she will find peace, comfort, and strength in You. Remind her that You are always with her, that You love her dearly, and that You will never leave her nor forsake her.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
