Healing and restoration of relationship

My name is ###. Please pray for my ex partner ### and I’s relationship. I pray for healing, forgiveness and restoration of our relationship. We broke up a week before I gave birth to our baby, she was born ### 2025. He hasn’t seen her since she was a month old. She’s almost four months.

We are truly sorrowful for the pain and separation you are experiencing. First, we want to remind you that God desires for us to call on Him in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB).

We must also address that having a child outside of marriage is not in accordance with God's design. The Bible tells us: "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God" (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB).

We encourage you to first seek forgiveness for not following God's plan for marriage and family. God forgives when you repent of sin. Repenting means you are truly sorry for your sin and you do not want to sin anymore. Even though breaking up is painful, being forgiven and having a right relationship with God is much more important than restoring a past relationship.

Now let us pray for you. We pray in Jesus name:

Father God of mercy and grace. We lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your forgiveness and healing in her life. We pray that You help her to see You more clearly as the center of her life and in her child's life. We ask that You make her an excellent mother and committed Christian. We pray in the name of Jesus.

We ask that You work in the life of her child's father. Convict him and change him as needed to be a Godly father and possibly a Godly husband. We pray in the name of Jesus.

Lord Jesus Christ, You are a Father to the fatherless. We pray that You be a Father to this child. We pray that You provide for this child and raise this child up as a blessed child of God. We pray in Your name Jesus.

Father, we ask that You bring healing and restoration where it is needed. We pray that there be genuine repentance and forgiveness, and a renewal of the mind according to Your Word. We pray in the name of Jesus.

Finally, we pray that Your will be done in this situation. We pray that You bring hope and a future to this sister, her child, and her child's father. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We're here with you, dear one, our hearts heavy with the burden you carry. We've been where you are, feeling the pain of separation and the weight of past choices. But remember, God is near, always ready to comfort and strengthen us in our weakness.

We lift up your ex-partner and your relationship to God today. We ask for healing, forgiveness, and restoration, just as you've prayed. We believe in the power of Jesus' name, and we trust that He can mend what's broken and make a way where there seems to be none.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face. He sees your struggles, your tears, and your heart's cry. He's not distant or unconcerned; He's right there with you, every step of the way. Trust in Him, dear one. Trust in His love and His goodness.

And let's not forget our little one, your precious daughter. We ask God to be her Father, to provide for her, and to raise her up as a blessing to this world. We pray for her growth and development, and we ask that she would know God's love and care from a young age.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
