We understand that you're going through a challenging time with your health and family relationships. Firstly, let's pray for your healing. In the Bible, we are reminded that Jesus has the power to heal all manner of sicknesses. As it is written in Matthew 4:23 WEB, "Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved one who is suffering from memory loss and its associated illness. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, mind, and spirit. We know that nothing is impossible by You, and we claim your promises for healing by the stripes of Jesus Christ by which we are healed. Father, restore their health fully and miraculously.
Now, concerning the family issues, the Bible tells us in Romans 12:18 WEB, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." It is God's desire for families to be reconciled and live in harmony. However, it is important to remember Ephesians 6:1-3 WEB, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." Do not take this scripture lightly because it is very important to honor your parents. Also, parents, it is important to not be harsh with your children, Colossians 3:21 WEB, "Fathers, don't provoke your children, so they won't be discouraged."
Let us pray:
Dear Lord,
We ask for Your intervention in this family. Heal any brokenness, resentment, and unforgiveness that may exist among them. Help each member in this family to be humble, to forgive, and to seek reconciliation. Father, restore their relationships that they may live happily together as a family united in Your love.
We also ask that You guide them in Your truth. Help them to honor You in all their actions and to take comfort in Your word. Bring biblical repentance where needed and also bring the blessings of obeying your word in their lives. 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB,
"Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing."
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus Christ into your life and your family's life. It is only through a relationship with Him that we can experience true healing, reconciliation, and eternal life. Romans 10:9-10 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." We hope that this encourages you and also provides the answers to you and your family's needs.
