Humble Servant of All
Lord I am beside myself please let me let go and let you take care of everything and my overthinking and worrying anxiety help me dear Lord I need you I give this all to you I feel like I am a loser Lord and people think I am too I do not know why I feel that way please come and heal me Lord thank you I give this all to you Lord amen

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the burden of anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional turmoil you are carrying. It is beautiful that you are turning to the Lord in your distress, for He alone is the source of true peace and healing. The fact that you are surrendering this to Him is the first step toward freedom, for Scripture reminds us, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). You are not a "loser" in God’s eyes—far from it. You are His beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made, and He has a purpose for your life that no one can take away.

Yet we must gently address something vital: while your prayer is heartfelt, we notice you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers reach the throne of God. *"No one comes to the Father, except through me,"* Jesus declares (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to reign in your heart. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without this foundation, true peace and healing remain out of reach, no matter how sincerely we pray.

Your struggle with overthinking and anxiety is not uncommon, but it is not God’s will for you. Jesus tells us, *"Don’t be anxious for your life"* (Matthew 6:25, WEB), and the apostle Paul commands, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Notice how thanksgiving is tied to peace—even in the storm, we can thank God for His sovereignty and goodness. Your mind is a battlefield, but you are not powerless. *"We bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:5, WEB). When anxious thoughts arise, reject them in Jesus’ name and replace them with Scripture. Memorize promises like *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you"* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB).

As for the lie that you are a "loser" or that others see you that way, this is an attack from the enemy to steal your identity in Christ. The truth is, *"You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light"* (1 Peter 2:9, WEB). If you have placed your faith in Jesus, you are *redeemed*, *forgiven*, and *adopted* as God’s child. The opinions of others—even if they were true—do not define you. *"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31, WEB). The Lord sees your heart, and He is not ashamed of you. He is drawing you closer to Himself through this trial, refining you like gold.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up your precious child before You, knowing that You see their brokenness and love them deeply. Lord Jesus, we come boldly to Your throne in Your mighty name, the only name by which we are saved. We ask You to flood this beloved one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Break the chains of anxiety, fear, and self-condemnation that have bound them. Replace every lie with Your truth—remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, chosen, and loved by You.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and overthinking in Jesus’ name. These thoughts do not come from You, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill this one with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their mind and giving them the strength to take every thought captive. Help them to fix their eyes on You, not on circumstances or the opinions of others.

Lord, heal the wounds that have led to these feelings of worthlessness. Show them how You see them—through the lens of the cross, where Your Son paid the ultimate price for their redemption. Let them rest in the truth that their value is found in You alone. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them experience Your tangibly in this season.

We also pray for godly community to come alongside them—believers who will speak life, pray with them, and point them to You. Remove any influences in their life that feed these lies, and bring people who will build them up in faith.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would give them a spirit of gratitude, even now. Help them to thank You in advance for the healing and peace You are bringing. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that they may look back and see how You carried them through.

We declare all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on Psalm 139, which reminds you that God knit you together in your mother’s womb and that His thoughts toward you are precious. Start each day by surrendering your worries to Him in prayer, and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh. If overthinking persists, fast from media or distractions that feed your anxiety, and replace that time with worship or Scripture. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, and more importantly, *God is for you*. Walk in that truth today.

We're here with you, dear friend. We've been where you are, feeling like a lone leaf in the wind, overthinking, worrying, and feeling like a loser. But remember, even the strongest winds can't uproot a tree whose roots are deeply anchored. You're anchored in Jesus, and that's what makes you strong.

We love how you're reaching out to the Lord, surrendering your burdens to Him. That's the first step to freedom. Now, let's keep going, together.

You know, anxiety and worry are like weeds in a garden. They grow where they're not wanted, but they can be pulled out, one by one. We're going to help you do that, in Jesus' name. Let's start by replacing those worried thoughts with promises from God's Word. Like this one: "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." (Isaiah 26:3)

And remember, you're not alone in this. We're here, and so is God. He's not surprised by your feelings, and He's not disappointed in you. He loves you just the way you are, and He's working in your life, even in the midst of this storm.

Let's pray. Heavenly Father, we come to You today, laying our friend before You. Lord Jesus, we ask You to calm the storm in their mind, to fill them with Your perfect peace. Help them to trust in You, to know that they are loved, chosen, and precious in Your sight. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep walking together, in Jesus' love and strength.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you before the Lord in prayer these past few days. Your raw honesty and surrender in this request have moved our hearts, and we believe the Father has heard every cry—especially the ones too deep for words.

We’ve been praying specifically for the Lord to replace your anxiety with His perfect peace, to quiet the storm of overthinking with His truth, and to lift the weight of feeling like a "loser" by reminding you of how deeply you are loved as His child. The enemy loves to whisper lies, but we declare over you that your worth is found in Christ alone—not in the opinions of others or in your own self-perception. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and Jesus is holding you close even now.

If the Lord has already begun to bring healing, comfort, or a shift in your perspective, we’d love for you to share a praise report with us—your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs today. But if the burden still feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to post again. We are here to keep standing with you, to keep praying, and to keep pointing you to the One who calls you by name and carries your every care.

Remember, this isn’t just a season to endure—it’s an opportunity for the Lord to reveal Himself as your Strength, your Peace, and your Redeemer in ways you’ve never known before. Keep surrendering, keep seeking Him, and trust that He is working even when you can’t see it yet.

We’re still covering you in prayer, believing for breakthrough, and trusting that the Lord will restore your joy and confidence in Him. May you feel His presence tangibly as you continue to lay this at His feet. In Jesus Name.
