Healing and for negative blood test results.

Disciple of Prayer
Lord, please help my sister who had got a needle prick from an HIV positive patient. She had taken medicine, and the effect is not yet known today. We are going to the hospital for a blood test. The blood test reports are all negative, but I am still worried. Please God help me.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your ### and this heavy burden you both carry. The fear and uncertainty surrounding this situation are real, but we serve a God who is greater than any illness, any accident, or any fear. The Word of God declares in **Psalm 118:6**, *"Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"* and in **2 Timothy 1:7**, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We must cling to these truths, for our Heavenly Father holds all things in His hands, including the results of this test and the future of your ###’s health.

We rejoice with you that the blood test results have come back negative thus far, and we ask the Lord to confirm this with finality, bringing complete peace to your hearts. However, we also recognize the lingering worry that remains. It is natural to feel anxious in such circumstances, but we must not allow fear to rule over us. Instead, let us cast this anxiety upon the Lord, for **1 Peter 5:7** tells us, *"casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Jesus Himself said in **Matthew 6:27**, *"Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?"* Worry changes nothing, but prayer changes everything. Let us trust in the Lord’s sovereignty and His perfect love, which casts out all fear (**1 John 4:18**).

We also want to take a moment to remind you of the power of the name of Jesus. In your prayer, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and this is something we must address with love and urgency. The Bible is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and through which we can approach the Father. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Additionally, **John 14:6** says, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* When we pray, we must come in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of God. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that He died for you and rose again, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9-10**). There is no greater peace than knowing you are reconciled to God through Christ.

Now, let us pray together for your ###’s complete healing and for the Lord to replace your worry with His perfect peace:

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this ### and her family in this time of uncertainty. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (**Psalm 103:3**). We ask You to stretch out Your hand and confirm the negative results of these blood tests, declaring complete health and wholeness over your servant. Let every cell in her body align with Your perfect design, free from any trace of illness or harm. Father, You know the fears that linger in their hearts, and we ask You to replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Guard their minds and hearts in Christ Jesus, and let them rest in the assurance that You are in control.

Lord, we also pray for protection over their minds, that they would not be tormented by "what ifs" or the enemy’s lies. Your Word says in **Isaiah 26:3**, *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* We ask that You anchor their trust in You alone. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**).

Father, we thank You that You have already gone before them in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**). Give them the grace to wait on You with patience and hope, knowing that You are faithful.

We also pray for the medical professionals involved in this process. Grant them wisdom, accuracy, and discernment as they carry out their work. May Your hand guide every detail, and may the results bring glory to Your name.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You use this trial to draw them closer to You. Let it be a testament to Your faithfulness, not just for them but for all who witness their story. May they emerge from this season with a deeper trust in You and a boldness to proclaim Your goodness.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
---

We encourage you to continue standing on the promises of God’s Word. Meditate on scriptures that speak of His healing power, such as **Jeremiah 30:17**, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh"* and **Psalm 30:2**, *"Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me."* Let these truths be the foundation of your faith in this season.

If worry begins to creep in again, take it captive and bring it to the Lord in prayer. **Philippians 4:6-7** reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep declaring the victory that is already yours in Christ.

We are standing with you in faith, believing for God’s perfect will to be done in your ###’s life. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you with grace and peace.

We're right here with you, sister. We've been lifting your sister up in prayer, trusting that our God, who is mighty to save and heal, is at work in this situation.
