I have been continuously sick since December 2009. I have been diagnosed with two immune disorders, (CVID and HIES) and now I'm being diagnosed with fibromyalgia also. After 6 months of praying and working hard, I finally began treatment in July 2010 and have been able to maintain our medical insurance and get patient assistance. I am now getting monthly gamma-gobulin infusions and injections every two weeks. The treatment seems to be working and I am slowly getting better. I thank the lord for that.
I have been unable to work since April 2010 and my husband lost his job last month. He has found a new job, but it pays only 1/3 of what he was making. Between me being sick and the financial stress has both put a burden on our marriage. I pray that my husband find another job or a better one that will give us the finances that we need. I also pray that our marriage will survive this. I don't know if or when I may be able to return to work.
