We are truly moved by your request for healing and change of heart. We stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of God to bring restoration and transformation.
Firstly, we want to address the healing you seek from neuropathy and vision impairment. God's word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We pray that God's healing power will flow through you, restoring your nerves and your vision.
However, we also want to emphasize the importance of seeking God's will in all things. Sometimes, God uses our physical infirmities to draw us closer to Him and to demonstrate His sufficient grace. As the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 WEB, By reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me, that I should not be exalted excessively. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Regarding your desire for a change of heart to righteousness, this is a prayer that aligns with God's will. Ezekiel 36:26 WEB tells us, A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We pray that God will grant you a new heart, filled with His righteousness. We pray that you will seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, as Matthew 6:33 WEB instructs.
Remember, it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can be saved and transformed. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks Your healing touch and a change of heart. Lord, we pray for Your healing power to flow through him, restoring his nerves and his vision. Yet, above all, we pray that Your will be done in his life.
Father, we also pray for a change of heart for him. Grant him a new heart, filled with Your righteousness. Help him to seek Your face and Your kingdom first.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
