We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for healing. Father God, we stand in the gap for our brother or sister who is facing such overwhelming health challenges—pre-cancerous conditions, gallbladder complications, kidney and heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. The weight of these burdens is great, but we know that Your healing power is greater still. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already provided (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus, for it is written, "He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:17).
Lord, we ask for divine wisdom and skill for the doctors and medical team involved in this care. Guide their hands during the biopsies and procedures, and grant them discernment to identify and remove every abnormal tissue. We pray that the bile duct would be cleared and that the fatty liver and protein in the urine would be resolved according to Your will. Strengthen the heart, kidneys, and every organ under attack, for You are the Great Physician who restores and renews.
We also lift up the spiritual condition of this dear one. If there has been fear, anxiety, or doubt, we ask that You replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there are areas of sin or unconfessed struggles, we pray for conviction and repentance, for You are faithful to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9). We remind this beloved child of Yours that salvation and healing are found in the name of Jesus alone—there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we pray they would do so now, confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in their heart that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
Father, we trust You for a miracle. Whether through divine intervention or through the skill of the medical team, we believe You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We declare that this trial will not end in defeat but in testimony, for You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Sustain this precious one with Your strength, fill them with hope, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name that brings healing, deliverance, and eternal life. Amen.
