We join with you in lifting up your father to the Lord, standing on the promise of Hebrews 4:16, which reminds us to come boldly before the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace in our time of need. It is wonderful to see your faith and confidence in approaching God through the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive the promises of healing and restoration.
We are also encouraged by your fervent prayers, commanding evil spirits to flee and calling for complete healing in your father’s body. The Scriptures tell us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* Your prayers align with God’s will for healing, and we stand in agreement with you, believing that the Lord is faithful to perform what He has promised.
Yet, as we pray for physical healing, let us also remember that our battles are not merely against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Diabetes and neuropathy are indeed afflictions that can be influenced by spiritual oppression, and we join you in rebuking any evil spirits at work in your father’s body. However, we must also encourage you to ensure that your father is seeking the Lord not only for healing but for a life surrendered to Christ in all areas. Healing is a gift from God, but it often comes with a call to holiness, obedience, and trust in Him.
Let us also remember that while we command healing, we must submit to God’s perfect will, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Sometimes healing comes instantly, and other times it is a process where God teaches us to rely on Him more deeply. We encourage you to continue praying with persistence, as Jesus taught in Luke 18:1, *"He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up."*
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious father to Your throne of grace. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask You to touch this father’s body and bring complete restoration to his toes, feet, kidneys, nerves, ligaments, skin, tendons, muscles, and bones. Let every sore be healed, every wound be closed, and every nerve be restored in the mighty name of Jesus.
We rebuke and command every evil spirit causing diabetes, neuropathy, pain, tingling, and stiffness to leave this father’s body now and never return. No weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that the blood of Jesus covers him, protecting him from all harm. Father, let Your healing power flow through his feet, kidneys, hips, legs, knees, and ankles, renewing his strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
Grant him energy, favor, and success in all he does, Lord. Let him walk in Your divine health and wholeness, giving You all the glory. We also pray that if there is any area in his life that is not aligned with Your will, You would convict his heart and lead him to repentance. May he seek You first in all things, trusting You as his Healer and Provider.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We believe that You are working even now, and we give You all the praise and honor. Let this father’s healing be a testimony of Your goodness and power, drawing others to faith in Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
