We join you in lifting up your father to the throne of grace, trusting in the promise of Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We stand with you in praying for your father's healing. We pray that God will heal the sores on his toes, his feet, and his kidneys. We ask God to help him walk better and to cast away all evil spirits causing diabetes and neuropathy symptoms. As it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you."
We command all pain, tingling, and stiffness to leave your father's feet and not return. We pray for healing and restoration of all the nerves, ligaments, skin, tendons, muscles, and bones in his feet, kidneys, hips, legs, knees, and ankles. As it is written in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
We pray that God will bless your father with strength, energy, favor, and success. As it is written in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
While we pray for your father's physical healing, we also pray for his spiritual well-being. We pray that if he does not already know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, that he would come to a saving knowledge of Him. As it is written in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
We trust in God's will and His promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
