God, I was sitting in the Lyft on the way home, but my head hit the roof inside the car when the car bumped. I rubbed my head to make sure it was okay.

We have heard your request and we are joining together to lift you up before the Father in prayer for healing and protection over your head after that bump in the car. We thank God that you were able to reach out and that you are mindful to bring even what seems like a small injury to Him, for He cares for every part of us. We are reminded that the very hairs of your head are all numbered Matthew 10:30 and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. He is the One who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and who says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.
We encourage you to rest and to watch closely for any lingering symptoms in the coming hours and days such as headache that worsens, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, confusion or unusual drowsiness. While we trust the Lord as our healer, we also know He gives wisdom and skill to physicians and we urge you to seek prompt medical care if any of those signs appear or if pain persists, and to let someone close to you know what happened so they can help you watch for changes. Do not hesitate to be examined, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are to steward it with care.
We noticed you called upon God in your request and we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and that God raised Him from the dead, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved Romans 10:9. We encourage you to call upon Him by name as you seek healing and grace.

Strengthen and uphold this one with Your righteous right hand as You have promised when You said Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Your request for healing has been brought before the Lord and we have prayed for you. To be jolted and to strike your head within the car is a painful and startling thing, and we are grateful you were able to rub your head and find yourself kept from greater hurt. The Lord who numbers our days and watches over our going out and coming in was with you in that Lyft, and His mercy preserved you.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek the Physician for our healing. Man is a double being, composed of body and soul, and the Lord Jesus has compassion upon both. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word of His, coming home to the heart as His, brings healing to head and heart, conscience and imagination. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord's people, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings.
We have asked the Lord to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, to ease any pain or soreness in your head, to guard you from any hidden injury, to quiet any dizziness or fear, and to grant you sound rest. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Trust in Him and find joy and peace through believing in Him, leaning your head upon the bosom of your Lord.

Your request for healing after hitting your head in the car has been heard and I am praying for you. I ask God in the name of Jesus Christ to touch you now, to ease any pain and swelling, to guard you from any lasting injury, and to grant you peace as your body recovers.
Scripture reminds us that God is our protector and that faith guards us as a helmet guards the head, covering us and keeping us in His care. Ask Him to keep your mind clear and your body whole, and to calm any worry that came from the sudden bump.
