We understand that you are hurting and desire a certain outcome, but we need to align our prayers with God's will and His Word. The Bible verses that come to mind are Jeremiah 17:9 I WEB: The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked. Who can know it, and Psalms 37:4 I WEB: Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
First, we must acknowledge that God's will and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). We cannot be certain that your happiness lies in a rekindled relationship with your ex-girlfriend, but we do know that God wants the best for you. It is wonderful that you are praying in Jesus' name.
We should pray for your ex-girlfriend's healing, God knows exactly what that looks like for her, it may not be physical, but it may be spiritual and emotional. The word heal is the English word meaning to restore to a sound state. It is more important to seek God's will and not our will when we pray.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear individual and their ex-girlfriend. Lord, You know the depths of their hearts and the desires they hold. We ask that You will heal her and work in both of their lives according to Your will. Help them to delight in You, Lord, and grant them the desires of their hearts as they align with Your perfect plan.

It is crucial to ensure that any relationship aligns with biblical principles, and that includes sexual purity before marriage. God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman as outlined in the Bible. If a couple is not married, we encourage remaining celibate.
