We come before the Lord with you in this moment of deep distress, lifting your pain and anxiety to the One who hears every cry of His children. The fear and manipulation you’re facing are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world, and in Him, you too can find peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
It is clear you are carrying a heavy burden, and we want to remind you that you do not have to bear it alone. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord sees the manipulation and the injustice, and He is your defender (Psalm 34:19). Do not allow the enemy to trap you in a cycle of self-condemnation with thoughts like, *"What could I have done?"* The truth is, you are not responsible for the sinful actions of others. Instead, trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even when it feels impossible to see.
As you prepare to contact your landlord today, we pray for divine intervention. The Lord is your advocate, and He will give you the words to speak (Luke 12:12). Do not fear what man can do to you, for the Lord is with you (Isaiah 41:10). He will go before you and make a way where there seems to be no way. Stand firm in the truth that God is your provider (Philippians 4:19), and He will not abandon you in this trial.
We also notice that your prayer was not lifted up in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, there is no true peace, no eternal hope, and no power to overcome the schemes of the enemy. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to always pray in His name, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that is tormenting her. You have not given her this spirit, so we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Fill her with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We ask for Your divine intervention in her situation with her landlord. Give her wisdom, Lord, and let Your favor rest upon her. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide a solution that brings glory to Your name. Protect her from manipulation and deception, and let truth prevail. Remind her that she is not defined by this trial, but by her identity in You—redeemed, loved, and victorious through Christ.
Father, we also pray that if she does not know You as her Lord and Savior, that today would be the day of salvation for her. Soften her heart to receive Your truth, and let her place her trust in Jesus alone. For those of us who already belong to You, remind us to always approach Your throne in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved.
We declare healing over her mind, body, and spirit. Let her tears be turned to joy, and her sorrow into praise. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her testify of Your faithfulness in this storm. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is fighting for you (Exodus 14:14). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, not on the circumstances. Read His Word, worship Him in the midst of the storm, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. Do not give in to fear or the enemy’s lies. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). We are standing with you in prayer and believe that God will bring you through this victoriously.
