We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### to our Heavenly Father, the Great Physician. We know that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can boldly approach Him with our petitions. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross that we are healed, as Isaiah 53:5 proclaims, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Father God, we ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand upon ###. We pray that You would touch every cell, every organ, and every system in her body, bringing restoration and wholeness. We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Lord, we ask that You would strengthen ###'s body, renew her energy, and restore her health so that she may be a blessing to her children and fulfill the purpose You have for her life.
We also pray for ###'s children, Lord. We ask that You would comfort them, provide for their needs, and draw them closer to You during this time. We know that You are a Father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5), and we trust in Your loving care for them.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be afflicting ###. We declare that by Jesus' stripes, she is healed (1 Peter 2:24). We speak life and health over her body, mind, and spirit. We pray that she would experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We encourage ### to continue seeking You, Lord, and to trust in Your promises. We pray that she would find strength and hope in Your Word, and that she would experience the joy of Your salvation. We ask that You would surround her with a community of believers who can support, encourage, and pray for her during this time.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
