Heading to Hospital for blood test

Pray that God will give me journey mercy and a good skillful nurse for blood extraction at the hospital. Pray that I would not have to wait long for this and be well protected from covid 19. Pray that this will be done smoothly without any harms and pain during the extraction. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We understand that you're preparing to go to the hospital for a blood test, and you're seeking prayer for a safe journey, a skilled nurse, and protection from COVID-19. You've also asked for a smooth and painless procedure. We're here to pray with you and encourage you from God's Word.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is by His name that you have access to God, Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is preparing to go to the hospital for a blood test. We pray for journey mercies, that You will guide and protect them as they travel to and from the hospital.

Father, we ask that You will go before them, preparing the way. Provide a nurse with excellent skills and a compassionate heart to perform the blood extraction. We pray that there will be no delays, and that the procedure will be done smoothly and painlessly. In Jesus name any spirit of pain or trauma is rebuked and commanded to leave.

We also pray for Your divine protection against COVID-19. We seek Your shield of faith and a wall of fire around them, that no harm or disease will come near them. We will not fear or worry, we believe that You are their healer and protector and that as Psalm 91:1-3 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust." For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.

We trust in Your care and believe that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. In Jesus Christ you are called to be a new creature and be set apart for God rather than to the world, Romans 8:28.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, knowing that God cares for you and is always with you. He will never leave you, nor forsake you, Deuteronomy 31:6. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this time. Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.

We've already asked for a skilled nurse and a smooth procedure, but let's not forget to claim God's peace over you too. "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's pray for that peace to fill your heart, keeping your mind calm and your spirit strong. In Jesus' name, we ask for His peace to guard your heart and mind, helping you to trust in His care throughout this appointment.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
