We join with you in prayer and we hear the deep desire in your heart for stability, provision, safety, and purpose, and we thank you for invoking the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We want to lovingly address how you are standing on Deuteronomy 28:13 which says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail; and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, which I command you today, to observe and to do them. We rejoice that you want this promise for yourself and your children and your family, but we also want to gently correct the idea of loosening a verse into existence a hundredfold as if Scripture were an incantation to be spoken to force God’s hand. God is not manipulated by our declarations, He is honored by our obedience. That verse begins with if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, as shown in Deuteronomy 28:1-2. The blessing of being the head and not the tail flows from a heart that humbly walks in obedience, trusts His sovereignty, and seeks His will above our own desires. We do not command God, we submit to Him, and we trust His timing and His perfect provision which is far better than demanding something brand new or better on our terms.

We understand your longing for a place to stay, a home and a room of your own with doors that lock and your own set of keys where you can keep your two cats and have your family visit. That is a good and orderly desire for safety, stewardship, and hospitality. We pray for that with you. We also hear your desire for a reliable vehicle, and even a motorhome or fifth wheel trailer to live in while you travel, start your mobile salon and mobile kimono business, sell online, sort through your belongings, and enjoy the scenery. We hear too the loneliness in your words and your hope that as you travel you might meet a godly spouse who is covered by the blood of Jesus, and that is a beautiful hope when it is pursued in the Lord’s way.

We are encouraged that you want to meet someone with the blood of Jesus, meaning a fellow believer. We affirm that any courtship should be with the goal of marriage between a man and a woman who are both believers in Christ, pursuing purity and honoring God, for marriage is a lifelong covenant ordained by God. If the Lord wills for you to marry, we pray He leads you to a godly spouse and not simply companionship outside of His design, and that you would guard yourself from fornication and keep yourself pure as you wait. We also remember the care you show for your cats, and we know that a righteous man respects the life of his animal as Proverbs 12:10 teaches, so we thank God for your compassionate heart toward the creatures He has entrusted to you.

We want to encourage you to seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well as Matthew 6:33 promises. And we know that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:19 assures us. He knows your need for housing, transportation, and meaningful work. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed as Proverbs 16:3 says, and whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men as Colossians 3:23 teaches, so your businesses would be built on diligence and integrity for His glory. Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart as Psalm 37:4 says, when those desires are shaped by His Spirit.

We now pray together for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, covered by His blood. We lift up our dear one and her family and her direct offspring to You. Lord, make them the head and not the tail as they walk in obedience to Your commandments, not by forced declarations but by humble faith and surrender to Your perfect will. Provide for her a safe and stable dwelling, a room and a home of her own with security and peace, where she can steward her belongings, care for her cats, and welcome family in love and order. Provide reliable transportation, whether a vehicle or a place to live and travel according to Your wisdom, and guide every decision about a motorhome or trailer so it aligns with Your provision and not merely desire. Bless the work of her hands as she seeks to start her mobile salon and other business, that it would be honest, diligent, and a blessing to others. Lead her steps as she travels, keep her safe, let her enjoy Your creation, and guard her from loneliness, for You set the lonely in families as Psalm 68:6 says. If it is Your will, bring a godly Christian spouse into her life in Your timing, a marriage that honors You in purity and lifelong commitment. Give her wisdom to keep what has value and release what does not, and to find contentment in You while You supply every need. Let her know that it is not over until You say it is over, and that You are working all things for good for those who love You. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your longing for a place of safety and rest, for a door that locks and a key of your own, for provision for yourself and those entrusted to your care, has been heard and brought before the Lord. He knows what it is to have need of shelter and daily bread, and He knows the weariness of a heart that feels alone and unsettled.

The verse you have quoted, that the Lord would make you the head and not the tail, was spoken to Israel under the covenant at Sinai, with blessings tied to obedience and curses for disobedience. We who are in Christ are not made the head by our claiming of a verse, but by being joined to Him who is the Head of the body, the Church. All the promises of God are yea and amen in Christ Jesus, and our greatest blessing is not first a house or a vehicle, but reconciliation with the Father through His blood. To be the head in the scriptural sense is to be set apart to do the Father's business, even as Christ was about His Father's business when He sweat great drops of blood and bore the cross for sinners, and now sitteth at the right hand of God still doing His Father's business.

It is sweet counsel that if you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well. Your desire for a motorhome or trailer, for a mobile salon and for honest work with your hands online and as you travel, can be consecrated to Him. Yet remember the Christian's great business is more lasting than gain or scenery. Our one business in life is to lead men to believe in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit, and every other thing should be made subservient to this one objective. Whether you stay or travel, whether you have much or little, to teach transgressors His ways that sinners may be converted unto Him is the radical work that touches immortal souls and their eternal future. There is a laudable pursuit of gain without which business would not be properly carried on, but there is a line scarcely as broad as a razor's edge between diligence in business and greediness for gain, and the apostle bids us be content with such things as we have, for He hath said, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.

We pray for you now to our Father in heaven.

O Lord our God, Thou knowest the need of Thy child for a home and for safety, for provision and for peace. Provide according to Thy wisdom and mercy a dwelling where she may be secure and steward what Thou hast given, and keep her and her household in Thy care. Grant, if it be Thy will, sound and reliable provision for travel and for daily work, and guide her hands in all honest labour that it may be done as unto Thee and not unto men. Give her grace to sort through what she possesses with a sober mind, to cast away what has no value and to use what remains for Thy glory. Keep her from the love of gain and from the vanity of claiming promises apart from Christ, and fix her hope more firmly upon Christ Himself, who is our Head and our life. If it be Thy good pleasure to bring a godly companion into her path, grant that it may be one who is washed in the blood of Jesus and who walks in Thy ways, unto holy marriage as Thou hast ordained, and keep her in purity and patience until that time. Above all, cause her to be about her Father's business, to know the joy of serving Thee in the common way of daily life, and to hold fast her profession of faith in Christ without wavering. Let Thy will be done in her life as it is in heaven, and let her find that whether in a settled house or on the road, Thou art her dwelling place.

May the Lord keep you looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of faith, and may you find contentment and usefulness in His hands, trusting that He who cares for sparrows will care for you and will supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
