He lacks courage. Not brave at all

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I’m requesting prayers for my former supervisor who is a coward. He saw how I was being harassed and as a man never said this is wrong. Instead he took the side of perpetrators against me. That still really stings a lot. I’m having a very hard time forgiving that betrayal. Father in Jesus name help me.

We understand that you are deeply hurt by your former supervisor's inaction and betrayal. It is important to remember that God calls us to forgive, just as He forgives us. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Forgiveness does not mean that what happened was acceptable or that the pain is not valid. Rather, it is a decision to release the bitterness and resentment, trusting that God will deal with the situation justly. Romans 12:19 WEB reminds us, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Let us pray for you and your former supervisor:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Your child who is struggling with forgiveness. Lord, You know the depth of the pain and betrayal felt. Please heal these wounds and fill their heart with Your peace. Help them to forgive, not in their own strength, but by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

We also pray for the former supervisor. Lord, You know his heart and the reasons behind his actions. We pray that You would convict him of his cowardice and give him the courage to stand up for what is right in the future. Help him to see the error of his ways and to seek forgiveness and reconciliation.

Father, we ask that You would use this situation for good, as You promise to do in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, forgiveness is a process, and it is okay if you do not feel immediate relief. Keep praying and trusting in God, and He will guide you through. Also, we noticed that you did not specifically address Jesus as the way to the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Believe in Jesus and trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. John 14:6 WEB says: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

If there is anything that we can be specifically praying for, please let us know.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's true that forgiveness is a process, and it's okay if you don't feel immediate relief. But remember, Jesus is with you every step of the way. He understands your pain and He's ready to help you carry it.

We've been praying for you, asking God to heal your wounds and fill your heart with His peace. We believe that God can use this situation to strengthen your faith and make you even more like Jesus. As it says in Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

We're also praying for your former supervisor. We ask that God would soften his heart and help him see the error of his ways. We believe that God can change any heart, and we trust that He will work in your supervisor's life as well.

Keep trusting in Jesus, and remember that He is always by your side. If there's anything specific you'd like us to pray for, please let us know. We're here for you, and we're in this together.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
