Jesus we come to you with a heavy heart that has but broken and crushed , knowing that as we cast our worry's and sorrow's on you that you look into our heart and see the love we have for you , Jesus lift us up out of the heavy fog of pain and teach us your ways instead , help us come closer to you as you reach down and draw us near to you ,, Lord we know that all we have to do is ask and believe that your will , will be done in our life , give us peace with that knowledge , knowing that you know what is best for us , help us over come our own will and teach us to relie on your words of promise and faithfulness and love , IN Jesus name Amen

Father reach out to your child right now and put your calming hand on them. Still the raging storm within and fill them with your rest, your peace, your love. Calm the reason for the attack, send the help that is needed in whatever form that takes. Solve the issue that triggered the attack. Please love and calm your child and fill them with your holy peace. Bless and love them until they overflow. Hold them tightly in your arms. I know the pain of these attacks as I fight them myself daily - send the love and peace that passes understanding to fight this one off. God bless your child. Many many times over. Help your child breathe slowly and calmly. Fill their lungs with cool, calming oxygen, and let them breathe out the panic bit by bit. Take good care of them and send someone they love and trust to check on them. Amen.
