Have Lost Hope =(

I feel I have lost hope in my life. I can’t feel any more. I am here and existing but I do not feel anything any more. I feel cold all the time even when the sun is out and the heat is on. I am around people but I feel like I am not there. I am so lost I dont know what to do anymore.  Am I not praying the right way to God? What must I do? Help me please God. Please intercede on my behalf God. YOU know what is going on God. Please pray for me please.  In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen.
