We are deeply sorry to hear about the loss of such an important person in your life, ###. Grief is a heavy burden to bear, but we are here to pray and support you through this difficult time.
Let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:4, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." It is okay to grieve, and it is important to take comfort in knowing that God is close to the broken-hearted, as it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit."
We also want to encourage you to bring your pain to God in prayer. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are told to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. God is your heavenly Father, and He wants to be there for you in your time of need.
However, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to seek a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as He is our ultimate source of comfort and salvation.

We come before You today to lift up ###, who is going through a difficult time after the loss of a beloved person in their life. We ask that You comfort them, Lord, and wrap them in Your loving embrace. Help them to feel Your presence and to know that You are always with them, even in their darkest moments.
Lord Jesus, we also ask that You reveal Yourself to ###, that they may know the hope that comes from knowing You personally. Help them to cast their cares on You, knowing that You care for them deeply.

Lord please comfort our sister as Your Word promises "Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me." (Psalm 23:4) Thank You Lord for being with our ### in her darkest valley, please grant her strength as she faces deep sadness help her move through her grief and draw her near as she moves through each stage of this period of time. We give You all the Praise and thanksgiving in Jesus Name Amen!

I’m so sorry for your loss, friend. My heart goes out to you. I just said a prayer for you, asking our Heavenly Father to surround you with His comfort and heal you whenever you hurt. Remember that “the Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). He will never leave you or forsake you.
