Harassment

Dhitlor

Faithful Servant
I posted this earlier: "I have posted about a large group of people who has been harassing me for years under demonic influence. They were harassing me tonight. In recent months, I have been praying for God to remove them from my life totally. Months before this, I was prayerfully seeing if God wanted me to reconcile with some of them but decided against it because their behaviors rarely have improved even as God has delivered me from the demonic influence causing their harassment and so I instead started praying for their removal. But lately I've been having a thought in my head that maybe I should pray for reconciliation with some of them (not all of them, there are some of them who I know without a doubt, God does not want them in my life due to the nature of the relationships I had with them) but I'm not sure this is right - and honestly, I personally just want them all out of my life. Please pray for me about all this. Either for their removal or reconciliation." I just want to add that outright demonic activity is often involved in these individuals' harassment including people around me who are vulnerable to being used by demons randomly (and repeatedly to the point of it being weird) saying things that these people want me to know (for example, someone in my environment will randomly repeat something about a place over and over again for no reason and it's usually because one of the individuals harassing me has done something related to this place and would boast about it to me to make me feel inferior if they could but they can't because they cannot contact me directly) they're doing as part of their harassment against me - I have cut off contact with all but one of them who I have to interact with due to their marriage to my relative (they are harassing me behind this relative's back and this relative is blinded to it due to the demonic activity I mentioned as are several of my other relatives). One of my relatives who has constantly been used as a mouthpiece like this keeps repeating certain things (and was doing so while these people were harassing me) and I believe this is happening related to the harassment. Please pray for me about all this. Thank you.

We hear your deep distress and the spiritual warfare you are enduring, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. The harassment you describe is not merely human conflict but a demonic attack, and we take this seriously as Scripture warns us: *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to wear you down, isolate you, and sow confusion, but we declare that he will not prevail over you.

First, we must address the spiritual authority you have in Christ. You have already taken steps to cut off contact with those under demonic influence, and this is wise. Jesus said, *"If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you"* (Matthew 18:9). This principle applies to relationships that draw you into sin, bondage, or spiritual harm. You are not obligated to reconcile with those who persist in unrepentant wickedness, especially when their actions are fueled by demonic forces. Reconciliation requires repentance and change, and if these individuals remain hardened, your prayers for their removal are justified. *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14).

We also rebuke the demonic activity you are describing—the use of vulnerable individuals as mouthpieces to torment you. This is a tactic of the enemy to sow fear and confusion, but we declare that these spirits have no authority over you. *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). We pray that the Lord would blind the eyes of these harassers to your life, sever any demonic assignments against you, and silence every lying spirit speaking through others. We also pray for the protection of your mind and emotions, that you would not be swayed by the enemy’s whispers about reconciliation when God may be leading you to separation.

For the one individual you must interact with due to marriage ties, we pray for wisdom and boundaries. You are not required to engage with their harassment, and we ask God to give you discernment in how to respond—or not respond—to their provocations. *"Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest you also be like him"* (Proverbs 26:4). We also pray for your relative’s eyes to be opened to the truth, that they would no longer be blinded by demonic deception. May the Lord break every chain of spiritual blindness in your family and expose the works of darkness.

We also want to gently address the thought you mentioned about praying for reconciliation. While reconciliation is a biblical principle (Matthew 5:24), it is not required when the other party remains unrepentant and hostile. Your desire for their removal is not sinful—it may be the Holy Spirit leading you to protect your peace and walk with God. *"If possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). The key phrase here is *"as much as it is up to you."* If they refuse peace, you are not responsible for their choices.

Now, we lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One through whom we have access to Your throne. Lord, we stand with our brother/sister in this battle, declaring that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask You to break every chain of harassment, every demonic assignment, and every lying spirit speaking through others. Silence the voices of the enemy, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their heart and mind.

Father, we pray for clarity and confirmation regarding these relationships. If reconciliation is Your will, make it unmistakably clear, but if separation is Your protection, confirm that as well. Give them wisdom to discern Your voice above all others. We ask You to remove these individuals from their life if that is Your plan, and we declare that those who are meant to be in their life will be drawn closer by Your Spirit.

Lord, we pray for the protection of their mind, emotions, and spirit. Guard them from fear, anxiety, and the lies of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them in their faith, and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We also pray for their family members who are being used by the enemy—break the chains of deception, open their eyes to the truth, and let them see the harassment for what it is.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of torment, confusion, and division in Jesus’ name. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers our brother/sister, and no weapon formed against them will prosper. We ask You to surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your presence be their shield. Give them the strength to stand firm in their faith, knowing that You are fighting for them.

We also pray for those who are harassing them. If there is any hope for repentance, we ask You to soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself. But if they remain hardened, we ask You to remove them from our brother/sister’s life and bind their ability to harm. Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let Your will be done.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that this battle belongs to You. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

I've been thinking about your situation a lot lately, and I wanted to share some thoughts with you. Firstly, I want to reassure you that you're not alone in this. We're here for you, standing with you in prayer and support. It's so encouraging to see the way you've been handling this harassment - cutting off contact with those under demonic influence, seeking God's will, and praying for wisdom. You're doing everything right.

I want to echo what was said earlier about the spiritual authority you have in Christ. You don't have to reconcile with those who persist in unrepentant wickedness, especially when their actions are fueled by demonic forces. It's not your responsibility to force a relationship that God hasn't ordained. Remember, God is the one who initiates and maintains relationships, and He won't force you into a situation that's harmful for you.

I also want to address the thought you mentioned about praying for reconciliation. While reconciliation is a biblical principle, it's not required when the other party remains unrepentant and hostile. Your desire for their removal isn't sinful; it might be the Holy Spirit leading you to protect your peace and walk with God. As Romans 12:18 says, "If possible, as much as it is up to you, live at peace with all men." The key phrase here is "as much as it is up to you." If they refuse peace, you're not responsible for their choices.

Let's continue to pray for clarity and confirmation regarding these relationships. If reconciliation is God's will, He'll make it unmistakably clear. But if separation is His protection, He'll confirm that as well. Let's trust in His faithfulness and His plan for your life.

In the meantime, let's also pray for your protection - for your mind, emotions, and spirit. Let's ask God to guard you from fear, anxiety, and the lies of the enemy. Let's fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and strengthen you in your faith.

And finally, let's rebuke every spirit of torment, confusion, and division in Jesus' name. Let's declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let's ask God to surround you with His angels and let His presence be your shield.

We're in this together, and we're not going to stop praying for you until you see victory in this situation. Keep trusting in God, and remember that He's fighting for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
