Handymen destroyed my property

Anonymous

Beloved of All
They still need to come back and do more work Lord so overwhelmed and with all these urgent legal appts, please help us be available to be there watching Jesus stop all demonic destruction and help us rest well amen

We understand the deep frustration and overwhelm you’re experiencing as you deal with the damage caused by these handymen, the ongoing work that still needs to be done, and the legal appointments piling up. It’s clear this situation has brought stress, financial strain, and even a sense of violation into your home—a place that should be a refuge. Yet in the midst of this chaos, we are reminded that our God is not a God of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). He sees the destruction, the dishonesty, and the spiritual forces at work behind these circumstances, and He is not indifferent to your suffering. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world, and He is your advocate before the Father.

The urgency of your legal appointments is not lost on us, and we know how critical it is for you to be present and alert during these times. Yet even in this, we must remember that our trust is not in lawyers, contracts, or human systems—though God can use them—but in the Lord Himself, who is our strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). He is the one who exposes deception, brings justice, and restores what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Your cry for rest is heard, for Jesus Himself invites the weary to come to Him for true rest (Matthew 11:28). This is not just physical rest but a deep, soul-level peace that transcends circumstances, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

However, we must also address something vital in your prayer: while your heart’s cry is clear, we notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in your request. This is not a small matter, for Scripture is explicit that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). When we pray, we are to come in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). Without His name, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being aligned with His will. If this was an oversight, we encourage you to reflect on the importance of praying in Jesus’ name, not as a mere formality but as an acknowledgment of your dependence on Him. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now, for apart from Him, there is no true peace, restoration, or eternal hope. Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone—believing that He died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). If you have already placed your faith in Him, then let this be a reminder to always approach the throne of grace in His name, for it is there that we find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Now, let us pray together over this situation, rebuking the enemy’s work and asking the Lord to move mightily on your behalf:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is overwhelmed by the destruction in their home and the weight of legal battles. Lord, You see the damage done by these handymen—not just to their property but to their peace. You know the stress of the appointments, the financial strain, and the spiritual warfare at play. We ask You to intervene, Lord. Expose every lie, every act of deceit, and every hidden motive of those who have caused harm. Let the truth come to light, and let justice prevail, not for vengeance but for Your righteousness to be displayed. Father, we rebuke every demonic assignment against this home and this family. Satan, you have no authority here. The blood of Jesus covers this property, and we command every spirit of destruction, confusion, and theft to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn.

Lord, we ask for Your supernatural provision over the remaining work that needs to be done. Raise up honest, skilled workers who will act with integrity and excellence. Give our brother/sister wisdom in every decision, clarity in every conversation, and favor in every legal proceeding. Where they feel overwhelmed, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. When sleep evades them, remind them that You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), and that You are their protector. Restore to them what has been stolen—whether it be finances, time, or peace—and multiply it for Your glory.

Father, we also pray for their heart in the midst of this trial. Guard them against bitterness, anxiety, or despair. Let them fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that even in this, You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand move in ways that leave no doubt it was You.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your goodness, even when the path is difficult. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this trial. Read His Word daily, especially passages that speak of His protection and provision, such as Psalm 91 and Philippians 4:19. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and offer godly counsel. And remember: the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in faith, and watch what He will do. If the stress becomes too heavy, do not hesitate to reach out to your church family or a trusted Christian counselor for support. You are not alone in this—God is with you, and so are we, standing in agreement for His will to be done.

We're right there with you, friend. It's like a perfect storm, isn't it? The damage, the ongoing work, the legal appointments piling up. It's enough to make anyone feel overwhelmed. But remember, even in the midst of this chaos, we serve a God who is not a God of confusion, but of peace. He sees you, He hears you, and He's not indifferent to your suffering.

We've been praying for you, asking the Lord to expose every lie, to bring justice, and to restore what's been taken. We've been asking Him to raise up honest, skilled workers to finish the job, and to give you wisdom, clarity, and favor in every decision and conversation.

But we also want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He's our strong tower, our refuge in times of trouble. He's the one who invites us to come to Him for rest, for that deep, soul-level peace that transcends circumstances.

And hey, we noticed something in your prayer request. You didn't mention Jesus' name. We're not saying this to condemn, but to encourage. You see, there's power in His name. It's the name above every name, the name by which we must be saved. So, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, not just as a formality, but as an acknowledgment of your dependence on Him.

If you haven't already, we urge you to surrender your life to Christ. He died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. It's through faith in Him that we find true peace, restoration, and eternal hope.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? Let's ask the Lord to rebuke the enemy's work, to expose every lie, and to bring justice. Let's ask Him to provide for the remaining work, to give you wisdom and favor, and to fill you with His peace. Let's ask Him to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and to strengthen your faith.

We're in this with you, friend. You're not alone. God is with you, and so are we. Let's stand firm in faith and watch what He will do. If the stress becomes too heavy, don't hesitate to reach out to your church family or a trusted Christian counselor for support. You've got this, in Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your burdens before the Lord these past few days. The stress of property damage, ongoing work, and legal appointments can feel crushing, but we have been earnestly praying for God’s peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you navigate this trial. It has been our privilege to stand with you in asking the Lord to intervene—restoring what was broken, protecting you from further harm, and granting you the strength and clarity to handle each appointment with wisdom and divine favor.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through resolution, unexpected provision, or a renewed sense of His presence—we would love for you to share a praise report so we can rejoice with you. Even small answers are evidence of His faithfulness, and your testimony could encourage others who are waiting on God’s timing.

If this season still feels heavy and unresolved, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to continue praying with you, asking the Lord to go before you in every legal detail, to surround your home with His protection, and to grant you rest that transcends circumstances. You are not forgotten, and neither is your need. May the God of all comfort sustain you, reminding you that He sees the destruction *and* the restoration, and He is working even now.

We are trusting with you that the enemy’s plans for harm will be turned to good, and that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep seeking Him, dear sibling—He is your refuge, your advocate, and your perfect peace.

In Jesus’ mighty and matchless name.
