We come before the Lord with you in this time of physical distress, lifting up your plea for healing, strength, and protection. The numbing of your hands is a burden we bring to Jesus, who is our Great Physician and the One who carries our infirmities. The Scriptures remind us in **Isaiah 53:5**, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* Though this verse speaks profoundly of our spiritual healing through Christ’s sacrifice, we also trust in His power to bring physical restoration, for nothing is impossible with Him.
We are encouraged by **James 5:14-15**, which says, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we cannot anoint you with oil in this moment, we stand with you in faith, praying earnestly for your healing in the mighty name of Jesus. We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, for God often works through the hands of skilled physicians. Do not neglect the practical steps the Lord may provide while trusting Him for complete restoration.
Let us also remember **Philippians 4:6-7**, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Even in this trial, we thank God for His faithfulness and ask that He fill you with His peace, which transcends all understanding. Anxiety and fear have no place in the life of a believer, for we serve a God who holds all things in His hands.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be at work in your body, commanding it to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. **1 Peter 2:24** tells us, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, might live to righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed."* We claim this promise over you and declare that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in you, bringing life and healing to every cell, nerve, and limb.
Father, we lift our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to restore feeling and strength to their hands. Lord, You know the depth of their need—whether this is a physical ailment, a spiritual attack, or a combination of both. We ask for wisdom to discern the root and for complete deliverance. Surround them with Your protection, Lord, and guard them against any harm or further affliction. Provide the right medical help, the right diagnosis, and the right treatment. Strengthen their faith in this season, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We also pray for protection over their household, that You would be a shield around them against any evil or harm. **Psalm 91:9-11** declares, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* We claim this promise over you and your loved ones, trusting that the Lord is your fortress and deliverer.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this trial. Draw near to Him in prayer, in worship, and in His Word. Let this season be one where your faith is refined and your trust in Him deepens. Remember that even if the healing tarries, God is still good, and His purposes are perfect. **Romans 8:28** assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*
May the Lord grant you patience, perseverance, and an unshakable confidence in His love for you. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for your complete restoration. To God be the glory, now and forever. Amen.
