Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Father God, we come before you in Jesus' name. We are grateful for the prayers we are able to present to you. You desire for us to live in health and wholeness. We trust in the power of your stripes Jesus. For it is by your stripes that we are healed.

Lord, we believe that your Word says that the just shall live by faith and you have promised to direct the paths of those that love you. We pray for a restful night's sleep and wisdom in eating well, knowing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We ask for your guidance in making right choices and decisions in all areas of our lives.
