Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
In Jesus Name AmenLet us come together in prayer for this daughter, seeking God's will and guidance in her life and work.
Firstly, we acknowledge that work is a blessing from God. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that this daughter will take heart in these words and find new strength and purpose in her work.
Lord Jesus, we come before the Throne of Mercy and Grace boldly because of your sacrifice on the cross you have given us this access. We pray for this daughter, that you will guide her in her first job. We know that you have plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future. We ask that you will fill her with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. We know that you will grant her the strength and will to follow your path and not hers. We ask that you fill her with the desire to continue to work and that she will not quit but rather that she will work in a manner pleasing to you. We ask this in Jesus name.
We also encourage her to consider the words of Romans 5:3-4 WEB, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." We know that this is a trying time, but it is also an opportunity for her to grow in character and hope.
Lastly, we remind her of the promise in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." With God's help, she can overcome this challenge and succeed in her work.
