We understand your concern for your daughter and her career. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. It is wonderful to acknowledge the Lord Jesus in your request.
In all things, we are called to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We are to do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God. We are to do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we lift up our daughter to You, asking for Your guidance and strength during this challenging time in her career. We thank You for the job You have provided, and we trust that You have a purpose and a plan for her in this situation.
Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your Holy Spirit, granting her wisdom, discernment, and the ability to manage her tasks efficiently. Help her to find favor with her superiors and colleagues, and guide her steps according to Your will.
If it is Your plan, Lord, open up a better opportunity for her, a project where she can serve You and others with joy and excellence. Remind her that her value is not determined by her performance but by her identity in Christ.
Help her to learn from the toil of her hands, as You have promised, and grant her the grace to trust in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Encourage your daughter with God's Word. Remind her that even in difficult times, God is working for her good.
Consider these verses from the World English Bible:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Mark 10:45 WEB
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might. Ecclesiastes 9:10a WEB
Finally, we must be careful not to attribute unfair intentions to her superiors. It is important to pray for them and encourage your daughter and yourselves to have the correct attitude towards authority. There are many examples of unfair treatment to servants of God in the Bible, and in each case, God was able to deliver them and teach them.
Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the unfair. 1 Peter 2:18 WEB
