Thank you for looking after me, please continue to help me, please forgive me the anger and stress of recent weeks as devastating events have unfolded, please help me not to get tangled up in the wrong nets and get frustrated by those who use Your Name to make believe they are always right.

Forgive me for being judgemental there and everywhere Lord, and please help me now in this turbulent situation, help me to cope without snapping, please.
