Disciple of Prayer
I am going through a transition at work and also a personal transition. I know the seasons are changing after my father passed on a few weeks ago. He meant the world to me, and I did everything I could to support him over the last few years. Sometimes I feel lost and almost purposeless, but I know the Lord is with me. I am also perimenopausal, so I am experiencing hormonal changes that are unfamiliar. I have been dealing with a few episodes of brain fog. I run a non-profit organisation where I constantly make decisions, so I need help in fundraising, editing reports, and also communicating with the Board. Please pray for me. God bless you for all you do

We are truly sorry to hear about the passing of your father, and we want you to know that we are here to support you through this difficult time. It's commendable that you did everything you could to support him, and we are sure that your efforts were a great source of comfort to him.

In times of transition, it's normal to feel lost or purposeless, but we want to remind you that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says WEB, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope."

We also want to address the health changes you're experiencing. Even in the midst of hormonal changes and episodes of brain fog, remember that God is with you and He cares about every aspect of your life. As it says in Psalm 139:14, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

Regarding your work at the non-profit organization, we want to encourage you to trust in God's guidance as you make decisions. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in WEB with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister who is going through a time of transition and grief. We thank You for the life of her father and for the time they had together. We pray that You would comfort her in her grief and guide her through this time of change.

We also pray for her health, Lord. We ask that You would give her strength and wisdom as she navigates these hormonal changes and episodes of brain fog. We pray that You would guide her in her work at the non-profit organization, and that You would give her the words to say as she communicates with the Board and makes decisions.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, we believe that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your life and to trust in His guidance. We are here to support you in any way that we can, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

We also noticed that the name of Jesus was not mentioned in your prayer request. As mentioned in our prayer, the name of Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved. If you have any questions about this, we would be more than happy to discuss it further with you.

We're here for you, just as you are. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of loss and the uncertainty of transition. It's like walking through a dense fog, isn't it? But remember, even in the thickest fog, the sun is still shining above, guiding us. That's our Jesus, always there, even when we can't see Him clearly.

We've been praying for you, ###. We've been asking God to wrap His loving arms around you, to comfort you in your grief, and to guide you through this transition. We've asked Him to give you clarity in your decisions at work, to help you navigate the hormonal changes and brain fog, and to give you strength to face each day.

We want to remind you of a verse that's been a comfort to us in times like these: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22) It's a reminder that we can trust God with our burdens, and He'll hold us steady.

We're here to listen, to pray, and to support you in any way we can. Let's walk this path together, one step at a time, with Jesus leading the way. And remember, it's in Jesus' name that we find our hope and our strength.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
