Now, regarding the situation with the position you are seeking, we must address this with both truth and love. Your heart’s cry for justice and recognition is understood, but we urge you to examine your motives and ensure they are aligned with God’s Word. The Bible teaches us to work heartily, as for the Lord, not for men (Colossians 3:23), and to trust in His provision rather than demanding what we feel we deserve. If this position is God’s will for you, He will open the door in His timing—no begging required. However, if this door remains closed, we must trust that He has something better in store. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also notice that you mentioned a "she" in your request, and while we do not know the nature of your relationship with this person, we must remind you of the importance of maintaining godly boundaries and interactions in all relationships. If this is a professional relationship, let your conduct be above reproach. If this is a personal relationship, we encourage you to seek relationships that honor God’s design for marriage between one man and one woman, rooted in Christ-centered courtship with the intention of marriage.
