Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging Jesus and praying in his name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB.
When you feel attacked or tormented, remember that For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11 WEB. Included in this armor is the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God Ephesians 6:17 WEB. This is why it's crucial to study the Bible, as you've desired. God will provide you with the strength and peace to do so.

As for your financial breakthrough and favor with the agency, trust in God's provision is necessary. This means we should place pursuing God's will and righteousness above material needs. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you, to lift up and intercede on behalf of the person who has submitted this request. We cry out for your deliverance from these attacks and constant torment. We stand together in unity, we put on the whole armor of God. We stand against the wiles of the devil.
We ask for your favor with the agency and a financial breakthrough. We declare your provision and blessings over the life of the one who has requested this prayer. We pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit as well as a hedge of protection from the enemy. We pray that you give them your perfect peace and they draw closer to you and your Son, Jesus Christ.
We ask this in Jesus' name. We pray that you give them the strength and endurance to make it through this time of trial and tribulation.
